Returns:
- Items can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery by sending email to: info@888boutique.com.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase.
Non Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as sale.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or not in resell able condition.
Refunds:
- once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be proceeded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
- Please send an email to info@888boutique.com with the photo of the damaged items within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
